Marcell is a CPA and a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist with a Masters degree in Forensic Accounting. He specializes in IRS controversy and tax problem resolution, estate and trust accounting, as well as U.S. and International Taxation and Tax Planning. His Miami based practice also includes extensive individual and corporate tax preparation/planning, litigation support and business consulting. Marcell has Bachelor degrees (cum laude) in Finance and Management Information Systems from Florida State University. The background provided by his undergraduate studies and his work experience gives him a great advantage in today’s computerized world and the financial knowledge necessary to understand the various tools and techniques of financial planning and international as well as domestic taxation. Marcell has almost 20 years of diverse tax experience including all aspects of taxation and IRS procedural matters.
